Join Us for Open Access Week 2025 at NU: Who Owns Our Knowledge?
The NU Library is delighted to invite you to celebrate International Open Access Week 2025, taking place from October 20 to 24 under the global theme “Who Owns Our Knowledge?”
This year’s theme asks a powerful question about how, in a time of disruption, communities can reassert control over the knowledge they produce. It also invites us to reflect on who has access to education and research, how knowledge is created and shared, and whose voices are recognized and valued (SPARC, 2025).
Throughout the week, the NU Library will host engaging activities to inform, inspire, and spark meaningful conversations.
