Responsible AI and Scholarly Publishing: Upcoming Webinars and Resources
Exciting developments are underway in our shared journey to support responsible use of AI in scholarly publishing.
NU Library is pleased to share Wiley’s latest initiatives, including a new partnership with Anthropic, which introduces cutting-edge standards for integrating academic content with AI tools like Claude. This ensures that researchers can work more efficiently while maintaining academic rigour.
In addition, Wiley has issued a position statement condemning the illegal scraping of copyrighted content by AI developers-reaffirming its commitment to ethical research practices.
New Tools and Resources
A new video in Research Exchange demonstrates how screening tools detect patterns of unethical behaviour.
A practical resource kit is now available to support AI-related presentations and responsible communication.
Helpful author tools, including a Licensing Guide, Author Glossary, and Wiley’s Journal Finder, are freely available to assist researchers with the submission process and journal selection.
