As part of the Week of Women 2026 initiative, the NU Library hosted the event TED Talk Movie Night: Leadership & Personal Growth on March 13, 2026. The session aimed to create a space for students and staff to explore topics related to leadership, personal development, and the role of women in society.
During the event, participants watched a selection of inspiring TED Talks focused on leadership, self-development, and overcoming personal and professional challenges. The talks served as a starting point for reflection and discussion on how these ideas can be applied in academic and professional contexts.
Following the screening, attendees engaged in an open discussion, sharing their perspectives and reflecting on the key messages presented in the talks. The interactive format encouraged participants to exchange ideas and consider different approaches to leadership and personal growth.
The event contributed to broader efforts to promote dialogue, empower individuals, and support initiatives related to gender equality and personal development within the university community.
