Our dedicated librarian, April, recently conducted the third session of her evidence synthesis workshop, this time as a member of the QazGreen Research Team under CARCEIT.
Bringing together over 100 participants, including nurses, nurse researchers, and nursing scholars from across Kazakhstan, the seminar-workshop was held in a hybrid format, both online and onsite.
The workshop highlighted the importance of using research literature to support evidence-based nursing practice. Participants explored how to find, evaluate, and synthesize scholarly evidence to inform clinical decision-making and improve patient care.
Through this initiative, April continues to strengthen the culture of research and professional growth within the healthcare community.
