Join Our 7 Minute Research Support Sessions at the NU Library

NU Library is pleased to invite participants of the 7-minute research (7MR) competition, organized by SEDS, to a series of special support sessions designed to help you communicate your research with clarity and confidence.

Communicating Your Research Confidently and Effectively for 7MR is an interactive in-person session focused on practical strategies to help you deliver a strong and engaging 7-minute presentation, where participants will learn how to capture attention, present complex ideas clearly, and meet the official competition criteria with confidence.

• Capture the audience’s attention with effective hooks
• Present complex ideas in a clear and accessible way
• Structure their talk according to the official competition criteria
• Practice in a supportive environment and receive constructive feedback
