The NU Library is pleased to share that Yelizaveta Kamilova, Head of the Library Research Support Office, has published her article in the Taylor & Francis journal Collection Management.
Her work, titled “Exploring Gender Studies Resources in Kazakhstani Academic Libraries: Collection Development in a Post-Soviet State”, explores how academic libraries in Kazakhstan approach the development of collections supporting gender studies, a field that continues to evolve in post-Soviet contexts.
This research highlights the challenges and opportunities faced by academic libraries in diversifying their collections and fostering inclusive access to gender-related academic materials.
