The Teaching and Learning Support Office in the #NULibrary cordially invites all NU students to take part in an essay competition held as part of Global Media and Information Literacy Week, celebrated by UNESCO. This year’s theme set by UNESCO is “Media for All: Everyone Plays a Part.”
Students from all majors and years of study are welcome to participate!
Choose one of the three topics below and write a 500-word essay sharing your ideas and perspective:

What’s in it for you?
The winners will receive diplomas and NU Library merch and will be awarded by the Student Government and Library Director during a dialogue with international and local experts on Media and Information Literacy at Nazarbayev University.
