Stress Relief Week

Nazarbayev University Library together with NU Health and Wellness Center invite you to participate in the Stress Relief Week online between the 19th and 24th of April, 2021.


The program is designed for students who in one way or another are staying at home by themselves, or quarantined along with their partner or the entire family-either way, students need to prepare for their final examinations.


Our online program includes:

* Inspirational posts - Please follow our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. We shall be posting messages to relieve stress, bring happiness, improve mental health and other tips while staying at home.


* Photo Book Challenge on @library.nu.edu.kz Instagram: We invite you to be creative, upbeat, encouraging, thoughtful, spiritual and even philosophical. Let's stay at home and have some fun. Take a photo of your favorite pre-eminent book that has shaped your life and has given you pleasure, been an eye-opener. Share it on your Instagram profile and describe why this book made an impression with hashtag #NULibrarychallenge! There will be motivational prizes for the most interesting posts! Good luck to everyone! This challenge will last until 24 April 2021.


* Webinars: there will be a series of free webinars between the 19th and 24th of April on the themes: Body-oriented therapy, Stress-management, Using mindfulness to improve self-regulation and stress tolerance, etc. More details have been sent by the Health and Wellness Center.
