Stress Relief Week

Nazarbayev University Library & NU Psychological Counseling Center invite students to the Stress Relief Week online on November 16th - 20th. The program is designed for students who in one way or another are staying at home by themselves, or quarantined along with their partner or entire family -either way, students need to prepare for their final examinations. Before the pandemic, it was easy to escape and study at a coffee shop or library (or at least somewhere silent), but we’re now readjusting to a new normal in which home studying is the only option.

📃 Our online program includes:

We shall be posting messages to relieve stress, bring happiness, improve our mental health and other tips while staying at home.

✔️ Dance Challenge on @NU_PCC and @library.nu.edu.kz Instagram: We invite you to participate in the dance challenge. Let's stay at home and have some fun. Psychologists and library staff have taken a dance for you, repeat after us and post in your Instagram: #stressrelief #stressreleifweek #NU_PPC @nu_pcc #NULibrary @library.nu.edu.kz


✔️ Webinars: there will be a series of free webinars between 16th and 20th of November on the themes: Body-oriented therapy, Stress devaluation technique, Relaxation training etc. Full details will be sent to your e-mail by the Psychology Counseling Center.
