One University--One Book Quiz and Discussion and Quiz

Nazarbayev University Library holds first ever One University—One Book event.

On Monday, NU Library had its first ever One University--One Book discussion. This year, the discussion was divided into two parts: presentations and a quiz competition. First, Teams from each participating school each gave a presentation:

·         SHSS: The life of Ilyas Yesenberlin, author of The Nomads

·         SST: The process of publishing The Nomads

·         SEng: The Kazakh Khanate and famous Khans featured in The Nomads

After the presentation, participants enjoyed a quiz competition featuring questions created by the students themselves. All teams did their best to answer the most questions correctly, with everyone participating eagerly. In the end, students from SEng won and became this years One Book--One University quiz champions. Congratulations, SEng team!
