Professional Development Workshop - SILL Program
On June 28-29, #NULibrarians participated in a two-day Strengthening Innovative Library Leaders (SILL) program adapted from the foundational leadership training curriculum by Mortenson Center for International Library Programs.
SILL is a freely foundational leadership training curriculum designed to build leadership and innovation skills for anyone who works in a public library.
SILL was developed to be used by trainers with different levels of training experience and familiarity with the topic. It is also designed to be easily adapted to the local library context and translated into different languages (blogs.ifla.org).
Thanks to our fantastic Reference Librarians April Ramos Manabat and Darya Zvonareva for an engaging and insightful workshop!
