Scopus access: Updates
Access to Scopus is been restored until May 17, 2022. The possible extension still is being negotiated by MES.

This is to inform that the period of the national subscription to Scopus has expired on 31 March 2022. Due to the agreement between Elsevier and the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan it was previously extended during the unstable political situation in January 2022.
At the moment the SC MES RoK is negotiating with Elsevier the issue of extending the national subscription to Scopus.
Since there is no access to Scopus and the results of negotiations between the SC MES RK and Elsevier are unclear the NU Library is making every effort to ensure that access to Scopus is resumed as soon as possible.
