New Reading Club System

Announcing a new system for the reading club! Beginning with the meetings following spring break, the reading club will operate using the following system:

1. Members will no longer be divided into different groups with different moderators. Instead, moderators will take turns leading discussions on previously chosen books. The titles of these books will be announced as early as possible so members may make their choices

2. Members are not required to attend every meeting, though they should choose, and attend, one each semester.

3. Students who are not members may attend meetings, but they must wait until after members have had a chance to register.

All students are welcome as members or guests. Members and anyone interested in being a member may register for the April and May meetings starting on March 11, 2013. Interested non-members may register starting on March 18.

Books to be discussed this spring include:

1.1984 by George Orwell

2. Dracula by Bram Stoker

Copies are available at the library third floor circulation desk for anyone interested in getting a head start.
