Students Book Delivery
To follow the safety requirements and avoid crowds in the library:
1 - Students on campus should:
- send an email to library@nu.edu.kz indicating his/her ID number and book(s) requested;
- wait for an answer from a librarian confirming the books availability and pickup time;
- come to the 2nd floor of block 5 exactly at the time slot indicated in the email and pick up the book(s).
2 - Students in Nur-Sultan should:
- send an email to library@nu.edu.kz indicating his/her ID number and books requested;
- wait for an answer from a librarian confirming the books availability and pickup time;
- come to the Kabanbay batyr gate exactly at the time slot indicated in the email to pick up the book(s)
Please remember that the library operates in a restricted mode from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Please show up on time to help library staff and let delivery procedures go smoothly.
