The Economist & The Cochrane Library

The Economist is an English-language weekly  newspaper focusing on international politics  and business news and opinion.

The Cochrane Library is a collection of six databases that contain different types of high-quality, independent evidence to inform healthcare decision-making:

Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR)
Cochrane Central Register of Controller Trials (CENTRAL)
Cochrane Methodology Register (CMR)
Database of Abstract of Reviews of Effects (DARE)
Health Technology Assessment Database (HTA)
NHS Economic Evaluation Database (EED)

Cochrane Clinical Answers provide a readable, digestible, clinically focused entry point to rigorous research from Cochrane systematic reviews. Each Cochrane Clinical Answer contains a clinical question, a short answer, and an opportunity to ‘drill down’ to the evidence from relevant Cochrane reviews.
