Stress Relief Week

The NU Health and Wellness Center in cooperation with the NU Library would like to support students in the crucial period of preparing for the exams and invite you to join the STRESS RELIEF WEEK - November 21-25, 2022.

Our program includes:

- ART SESSIONS in the Atrium (between 4 and 5 blocks, 12:00 - 16:00).
- WELLNESS SPACES at the NU Library:
- A cosy PEP CORNER is located on the 3rd floor where we have provided puzzles, jigsaws, colouring sheets, and pens to help you de-stress and explore your creative side.

- The 4th-floor RELAX ROOM is a tranquil oasis where you can engage in quiet contemplation, de-stress and reflect after a long day of studying on one of the comfortable sofas or chairs.

- TEA STATIONS: Take a short break and enjoy a cup of tea! Visit us on the second floor where the entrance to the library is or on the third floor in the Aliya Room.
- PAINTING (2nd floor, Entrance Hall) where you can entertain yourself with art therapy.

A SERIES OF EVENTS by the Mind & Body Club (Yoga) and Dance Club:
- Mind & Body Club (Yoga) - November 21-22, between 4 and 5 blocks.
- NU Dance Club - November 23 and 25, between 4 and 5 blocks.
